Procurement Coordinator

Position Overview The Senior Procurement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing purchasing operations, vendor relationships, inventory coordination, and procurement processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role works closely with internal departments, suppliers, and management to support company operations while maintaining quality, compliance, and budget expectations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily purchasing activities and procurement requests Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships Review and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies and equipment Track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure on‑time fulfillment Work with operations, finance, and leadership teams to support purchasing needs Analyze pricing trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor agreements Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and procurement reporting Resolve vendor issues, discrepancies, and delivery concerns in a timely manner Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with ERP systems, procurement software, or inventory management tools Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills Experience in hospitality, SaaS, technology, or operations environments Knowledge of inventory tracking and logistics coordination Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Collaborative and professional work environment Job Type Full-Time | Onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr
