Provides leadership and oversight to clinical and administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional patient experiences, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational goals. Partners with providers, department leaders, and support teams to optimize workflows, improve quality outcomes, and support employee engagement.**Responsibilities:**# **Essential Functions**Supervise staff and daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow, timely access to care, and excellent customer service.Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.Support implementation of organizational initiatives, policies, and procedures.Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.Assist in resolving patient complaints.Monitor clinic productivity, staffing utilization, and operational expenses.Serve as a liaison between providers, clinic staff, and organizational leadership.Promote a patient-centered culture focused on service excellence and quality care.Performs job duties of a phlebotomist.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
