Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive legal professional ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a dynamic legal team focused on breach of warranty claims. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing a high-volume nationwide docket, serving as a primary point of contact for pre-litigation demand letters. Your expertise will directly contribute to efficiently resolving legal matters, collaborating seamlessly with outside counsel and internal legal teams. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your organizational prowess and communication skills to drive resolution and uphold legal standards within a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage an active nationwide portfolio of approximately 120 to 180 open breach of warranty cases, gradually building your docket during a ramp-up phase.
• Drive claim resolution, targeting closure within 30 to 45 days through various paths, including denials, cash settlements, vehicle repurchases, or closures due to inactivity.
• Handle day-to-day written correspondence and negotiations via email with outside attorneys and paralegals, ensuring professional and effective communication.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to meticulously log, track, and manage all active cases and status updates, maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain calendars and strict internal diary systems to ensure all key dates and deadlines are consistently met.
• Work independently on daily assignments while fostering close collaboration with Team Leads and fellow team members to achieve collective goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as all tracking and management are spreadsheet-driven.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience managing database information.
• Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads, multi-task, and maintain organization under strict deadlines.
• Effective analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• High degree of motivation, initiative, and ownership of work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment, adapting to new tracking systems, and efficiently handling high volumes.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Previous experience handling legal claims, pre-litigation files, or large case dockets.
