Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Cath Lab RN to provide expert cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology care. The role involves supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures within a fast-paced, specialized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor cardiac catheterization procedures with technical proficiency.
• Administer medications and contrast agents as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and medical teams to deliver optimal patient care.
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation.
• Educate patients about procedures, post-care, and recovery expectations.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN license with uploaded Nursys verification within the past 2 weeks.
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications with valid expiration dates.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or cardiovascular setting.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, devices, and procedural techniques.
• Ability to work on a 5x8 day shift schedule with on-call availability.
• Demonstrated understanding of compliance and documentation standards.
