Clinical Staffing CoordinatorDepartment:Clinical Resource DepartmentWork Schedule: 36 hours Week 1 (11a-7p) - 40 hours, Week 2 (11a-7p) 32 hours, inc. every other weekend.Reviews and assists with daily clinical staffing to ensure staffing is adequate for operational needs and is proactive to prevent staffing shortages that are foreseeable. Works collaboratively with clinical unit leadership to facilitate staffing changes to minimize negative financial impact. Assists leadership with maintaining scheduling system assignments and changes. Minimum Qualifications:Associates degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
