Polysomnographic Technologist

$2570.40/week - Job Summary: Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic purposes. Performs a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, to support accurate diagnoses. Responsibilities: Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures to ensure high-quality images. Operate CT equipment and other imaging modalities in accordance with safety standards and protocols. Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist review. Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, images, and procedures within appropriate systems. Ensure equipment calibration, routine maintenance, and supply inventory management. Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations during all imaging and data handling activities. Qualifications: Hold an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field. Be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and CT (R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R)). Possess valid RT license in the state of practice. Have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Maintain required licenses and certifications including fluoroscopy and venipuncture certifications as applicable.
