Senior Marketing Manager
Join Framework as a Senior Manager, Marketing, where you will lead the strategy and execution across various marketing functions, including events, community engagement, product marketing, Linux marketing, and public relations. Reporting to the CMO, you will manage a team of four and play a hands-on role in shaping messaging and positioning for our innovative products like the Framework Laptop 13 Pro.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels.
- Leading product marketing efforts, including messaging and positioning.
- Managing a team focused on events, community, and PR.
- Participating in hands-on marketing activities, including in-person review preparations.
- Driving initiatives that directly impact customer engagement and product adoption.
Requirements and qualifications include:
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Hands-on experience with product marketing and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
