Security Operations Center Analyst

Job Overview Security Operations Center Specialist – Columbus, OH (Huntington Bank, 7 Easton Oval). Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am EDT, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Duties & Responsibilities Answer incoming calls regarding suspicious activity or security-related events. Create reports and maintain detailed logs of all calls and activities. Contact relevant security and non‑security colleagues to coordinate response or resolve issues. Monitor complex alarm and surveillance systems and coordinate appropriate response to alerts. Create, program, and send access cards. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 1year of experience in an emergency call center or security environment. Preferred Qualifications Technology experience (e.g., MS Office). Experience working in a dispatch or alarm monitoring center. Bachelor's degree. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task in a high‑intensity environment.
