License: Licensure in the required states

Must-Have: Oasis experience

Description:
Home health occupational therapist position available.
Traveler must have reliable transportation.
The facility serves patients with diagnoses such as dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, multiple sclerosis, orthopedic post-operative conditions, and post-stroke recovery.
The expected patient ratio is 1:1, with a potential to visit up to 6 patients per day.
A total of 30 productivity points is the standard expectation.
Traveler should be familiar with utilizing Oasis documentation.
The facility supports a good grouping of clients to minimize drive and windshield time.
The maximum radius for patient visits is approximately 60 miles, with 60-90 minutes of total drive time per day.
Block schedule accommodations are not available.
Weekend work is not required.
The patient population may include individuals with acute or chronic disorders and functional activities.
