Overtime: Friday overtime as needed to support customer demand.Benefits include:BCBS medical plan optionsDental and vision coveragePaid holidaysEarned PTO401(k) with employer matchWhat You'll DoIn this role, you'll manufacture precision components by:Safely operating CNC mills, lathes, verticals, and horizontal machining equipmentReading and interpreting blueprints and work instructionsPerforming machine setup and changeovers for different part numbersAdjusting tooling and offsets to maintain quality and dimensional accuracyLoading raw material and unloading finished partsRunning production efficiently while meeting quality and cycle time expectationsPerforming in-process inspections and verifying dimensions using measuring equipmentDeburring parts as neededPerforming daily machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasksMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupporting continuous improvement and team successWhat We're Looking For• High school diploma or GED• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience preferred• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings• Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment• Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and precision measuring tools• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standardsHelpful ExperienceExperience with:Multiple machine types and setupsWriting or modifying machining programsProcess improvement and troubleshootingManufacturing environments focused on quality and precisionDon't check every box? Required PPE includes safety shoes and safety glasses.Physical RequirementsEmployees regularly stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
