Position Details:
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Weekends: Every 3rd weekend
Holidays: Holidays on rotation
The candidate will know and use the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to individual patients. They will collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, evaluate response to interventions and patient status toward goal achievement, and accept delegated nursing measures for which they are prepared, qualified, and licensed to perform.
- Requires graduation from a nationally accredited licensed practical nursing program.
- Requires an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) LPN license.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Successful completion of orientation required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
