Associates support customers across both our Life Insurance Claims and Lending Claims lines of business, investigating and processing claims, gathering information needed to make claim decisions, and communicating with customers and third parties throughout the claims process. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, evaluating claims within established guidelines, providing updates on claim status and next steps, and delivering exceptional service during every interaction. Education: High school diploma or GED required Typing Skills : Ability to type 25 words per minute Technical Proficiency : This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency Availability : Monday through Friday, 9-6pm EST Pay Expectation : Our Claims pay rates start at $17/hr in training, with potential for an additional $1/hr if you work more than 35 hours a week. *Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.
