Pay $35~$45 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensure: Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Education: Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Certifications: Current CPR and AED certifications. Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Integrity: A reliable work ethic and a proactive approach to clinical duties. Job Description Clinical Treatment: Perform professional dental prophylaxis, including scaling, root planing, and polishing. Patient Screening: Conduct thorough oral examinations, review medical histories, and perform periodontal charting. Preventative Services: Apply fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and other preventative agents as needed. Radiography: Capture and process high-quality digital radiographs to assist in diagnosis. Patient Education: Provide individualized oral hygiene instruction and counsel patients on the importance of maintaining their oral health. Collaboration: Assist with chairside duties when necessary and maintain a clean, sterile work environment in compliance with safety standards.
