I&E Project Director (Industrial and Commercial)

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time I&E Project Director (Industrial and Commercial) to oversee Industrial and Commercial I & E projects, primarily in the western United States. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ELECTRICAL PROJECT DIRECTOR / ELECTRICAL SENIOR MANAGER Extensive experience leading electricians in industrial and commercial environments 5 or more years experience in commercial and industrial environments Proven leadership and customer service skills Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed A degree in construction management and a journeyman electrical license is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ELECTRICAL PROJECT DIRECTOR / ELECTRICAL SENIOR MANAGER As the Electrical Project Director for our Instrumentation & Electrical, Industrial, and Oil & Gas division, you oversee the project managers, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects throughout the U.S. With your exceptional organizational skills, you facilitate efficient scheduling. You keep your finger on the pulse of all aspects of each project and check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction. Conducting yourself with integrity and using your exceptional communication skills, you maintain an excellent rapport with them at all times. You are invested in our company and work hard to promote its success. Under your leadership, the project managers are inspired to take pride in their work and know precisely what is expected of them. Due to your exceptional ability to delegate efficiently and appropriately, you don't have to spend as much time on‑site as you might otherwise. Though you do enjoy traveling and meeting with a variety of both employees and customers on a regular basis.
