Production Technician

Job Description Position Overview ESI Total Fuel Management is seeking a Production Technician to join our growing team supporting mission critical data center infrastructure and fuel resiliency systems. This role is responsible for assisting with mechanical and electrical assembly, product testing, quality control, facility maintenance, and production support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assist with mechanical and electrical assembly of production systems and equipment Perform product testing, inspections, and quality control evaluations Operate and maintain production tools and machinery Read and interpret engineering and mechanical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials Assemble, test, calibrate, clean, and polish finished products and assemblies Sand and paint parts when necessary Maintain production logs and related documentation Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve production processes Support implementation of production quality control procedures Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist with training new employees on production procedures and safety standards Report production or equipment issues to management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Technical school certification or associate degree preferred 1 to 3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Experience using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly Ability to stand for extended periods Good driving record Strong organizational and multitasking skills Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to follow engineering drawings and assembly instructions Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Employee assistance program Professional development assistance Referral program Retirement plan Work Location In person - Ashburn, VA Company Description ESI Total Fuel Management is a growing engineering, manufacturing, and services company supporting mission critical data centers and facilities across the U.S. and internationally.
