Senior Collections Specialist

Whitefish Search Partners is partnering with a first-in-class company on a newly available Senior Collections opportunity. This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B collections professional to join a well-established organization and take ownership of a significant customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B/commercial collections experience , strong AR knowledge, and experience managing a high-volume portfolio. SAP experience is highly preferred, with manufacturing or service-industry experience a plus. What You'll Do Manage a large portfolio of commercial customer accounts Handle inbound and outbound collection activity Work directly with customers to resolve past-due balances and disputes Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues Monitor aging and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables Build strong customer relationships while driving timely payment Identify opportunities to improve collections processes and efficiency Support automation and process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 5+ years of B2B/commercial collections experience Strong understanding of AR and collections processes Experience managing a large customer portfolio SAP experience strongly preferred Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with customers ranging from small businesses to large national accounts Manufacturing or service-industry experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Whitefish Search Partners
