Key Responsibilities for the Senior Collector:
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and drive timely collections Contact customers regarding past-due balances and payment resolution Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies impacting payment timing Partner with internal teams to address account issues and reduce aging balances Monitor collection activity and maintain accurate account documentation Escalate high-risk accounts and support credit-related decisions as needed
Qualifications for the Senior Collector:
3+ years of B2B collections experience Experience managing commercial accounts receivable portfolios Strong understanding of collections processes and aging analysis Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
