Pay Ranges In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $209,700 - $273,775Zone B: $188,730 - $246,398Zone C: $174,051 - $227,233In Canada, for this role, our current base pay range for new hires is:Canada: CA$172,800 - CA$225,600 Qualifications Your background10+ years experience in Full Stack development with one or more prominent languages such as Javascript, React, Java, Kotlin, Scala, Node, etc.Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience).Strong preference for candidates located in or aligned with the Pacific Time (PT) zone.Deep experience in systems engineering at scale with regards to testing, reliability, security, and observability.Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms, and an ability to communicate complex technical issues to a range of technical and non-technical audiences (management, peers).Experience with collaborating with and mentoring junior members of the team.Consider the customer impact when making technical decisions.Familiarity with A/B testing techniques.Benefits & PerksAtlassian offers a wide range of perks and benefits designed to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
