To keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey – we need you Join us as an Account Manager We're hiring a proactive, revenue-driven Account Manager to own and scale relationships with our highest-value accounts. Managing a dedicated portfolio of ~40 enterprise clients ($1M+ revenue organizations on annual subscriptions), you will serve as a strategic partner to ensure delivery goals are met while driving aggressive account expansion. This role is ideal for a strong consultative seller with a talent for customer development who can translate client feedback into new product offerings like impact reporting. As Account Manager, your mission will be to: Own the end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of 40 high-value, annual subscription clients ($1M+ annual revenue). Conduct structured weekly syncs with stakeholders to maintain alignment, track progress, and build deep organizational trust. Partner with internal operations to ensure all service delivery goals and grant milestones are hit consistently. Identify, pitch, and close expansion opportunities across your portfolio to consistently increase Net New ARR. Upsell new custom projects and expanded scopes of work based on client operational needs. Introduce and cross-sell Government and Federal grant opportunities to broaden client funding pipelines. Act as a core driver of customer development, running structured interviews and gathering qualitative feedback during weekly interactions. Uncover unaddressed market needs and work closely with product leadership to help design and validate new solutions (e.g., specialized impact reporting tools). This role is a perfect match for you if you have: 3–5+ years in Account Management, Enterprise Customer Success, or Sales managing high-touch, high-ARR customer portfolios. History of meeting or exceeding net revenue expansion quotas ($1M+ revenue client base preferred). Skilled at running discovery, framing ROI, and guiding clients toward expanded solution packages (including complex areas like Government/Federal grants). Demonstrated capability in customer development, product feedback loops, and identifying new commercial opportunities from routine client conversations.
