Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions focused on a range of behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to executive functioning skills.

• Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions relevant to adolescent and young adult mental health.

• Develop individualized treatment plans customized to each client's specific needs, aspirations, and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include other mental health professionals, educational specialists, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document client progress, treatment outcomes, and adjustments to treatment plans accurately and timely to maintain high-quality care standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and peer consultations to enhance your therapeutic skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults (ages 12-25) who are navigating various life transitions, including academic pressures, social integration challenges, and personal identity development. By providing a safe and affirming space, you will help clients address their mental health concerns, develop coping strategies, and work toward fulfilling their life goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent clinical license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and respect.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
