Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address these needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote resilience and improve overall client well-being.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with strategies to navigate their mental health journey.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in mental health, integrating new knowledge and best practices into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Empathic Springs, you will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach will help clients feel understood and supported as they work toward personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon, with no disciplinary actions on record.

Compensation and Benefits\n
