Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with insurance questions and policy changes.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Follow up with leads and generate new business.
- Prepare insurance quotes and close sales.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer requests.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience a must.
- Insurance experience is required.
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license required.
