Marketing Manager I

Location: Amherst, NY Duration: 6 months Primary Responsibilities: Develop and manage integrated marketing and communications campaigns. Create campaign strategy, messaging, content, and communications. Manage projects from concept through execution and implementation. Partner with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements. Manage campaign budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and brand standards. Scope of Responsibilities: Marketing campaign management, communications, project management, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and performance analysis. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: Lead marketing project teams and coordinate cross‑functional resources. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree, and 4+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with marketing strategy, campaign management, communications, budgeting, and performance analysis. Education and Experience Preferred: Experience in financial services or a regulated industry. Experience managing integrated marketing and communications programs. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $35.88 - $59.80/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
