Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager

Fairfield Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager – Affordable to support property operations and ensure compliance with affordable housing programs. You will mentor leasing teams, drive resident satisfaction, and manage leasing and reporting tasks. Ideal candidates have LIHTC experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with Yardi, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
