Outside Sales Representative (Training Provided)

Socket Fiber is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our residential sales team. In this role, you'll go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners and introducing them to the power of Socket’s fiber internet. You’ll educate, engage, and close sales that directly support your neighbors—and your goals. No traditional sales background required — we train competitive, coachable, energetic people. No telecom experience necessary. Join our company with growth potential. Compensation Guaranteed base pay + uncapped commission with clear milestones Location This will primarily be working in the field in the Columbia, Missouri area. We are actively hiring in the following markets: Columbia, Jefferson City, Kirksville, and Rolla. A Day in the Life You’ll start your shift reviewing your route and checking for follow-up leads. Then, it’s time to head into the field-walking neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and having real conversations with potential customers. Some people will be ready to sign up on the spot, while others might need more info or a follow-up. You'll log activity, stay positive, and keep moving. Evening hours are common, and you'll work some Saturdays to catch people at home. You're supported—but this is your territory to grow.
