Project Manager

An employer is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. This position pays from $40-$48/hr depending on experience and additional certifications.
In this role, the PM would be responsible for:
• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium engineering or construction projects or large routine projects
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
• Coordinate workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule
• Establish client relations, and be involved with design and production meetings
• Conduct work sessions for design development in conjunction with other staff
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
• Support the other disciplines as needed.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in any architecture, engineering, or construction degree
- Experience within engineering/construction, with some PM experience within this time.
- Ability to pass a BG check and obtain a CAC card
- Knowledge of codes
