Staff Electrical Engineer, Power Systems - Lead AI Grid

Crusoe

Crusoe is recruiting a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead front-end engineering and execution of power plant facilities across the USA. You will bridge front-end design and field execution, focusing on power generation assets, electrical studies, and HV/MV switchgear integration. The role requires 6+ years of industrial electrical experience, NEC expertise, and deep knowledge of generator physics, protection, and control coordination. Occasional travel (~20%) is expected.
