Job Overview Lead Customer Service Representative at Circle K . Location: 2721259, 12995 N US Hwy 441, Citra, FL 32113. Shift availability: Flexible. Employment type: Part-time. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and run the register Cashier operations and product suggestions Assist with food program and maintain store appearance Provide fast and friendly service to all customers Lead shifts and gain entry‑level management experience Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance Skills and Experience Proven ability to sell products to customers Excellent customer care and communication skills Enjoy working at a quick pace with a fun team Problem‑solving and suggestion skills Leadership and team management experience Qualifications Retail and customer service experience Entry‑level management experience Sales associate or cashiering experience High School Diploma or equivalent Motivation to advance in your career Willingness to learn and have fun Physical Requirements Stand and walk for up to 8 hours Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift Climb ladders and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye‑hand coordination Equal Opportunity Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
