Facilities Maintenance Technician

System Mastery: Inspect, maintain, and repair critical building systems, including advanced electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire/life safety systems.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Preventative Maintenance: Run proactive diagnostic checks, clean coils, and optimize building automation systems for maximum energy efficiency.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Vendor Management: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact to oversee, direct, and inspect work performed by third-party mechanical and structural contractors.\n\t\n\n.
