Administration & HR Manager

Nuvoton Technology Corporation America (NTCA) is seeking an experienced Administration & Human Resources Manager to manage U.S. HR operations and office administration. This position is responsible for overseeing core administrative and human resources functions with a strong focus on payroll, employee and benefits administration, wage and labor compliance, audits, and immigration-related support. This role ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws while working closely with management and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration
- Administer accurate and timely payroll processing, prepare payroll reports, and maintain payroll records
- Administer employee benefits and insurance programs, including annual open enrollment
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies
- Support performance review cycles, compensation benchmarking, and HR reporting
- Oversee office operations, vendors, and administrative processes
- Assist with immigration matters and provide administrative support for expatriate employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a multinational environment
- Solid hands-on experience with U.S. payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of professionalism and communication skills
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP) preferred
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus
