Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced, driven Area Sales Manager to manage and grow an established medical device territory across Southern, CA. This is a field-based sales role focused on selling medical devices into hospitals and acute-care environments. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating complex hospital sales processes, developing relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders, and building a territory through both new account development and expansion of existing customers. This opportunity is well suited for a medical device sales professional who enjoys owning a territory, developing long-term customer relationships, and driving new business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory. Expand business within existing hospital and healthcare accounts. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, product evaluations, negotiations, and closing. Sell medical devices and capital equipment within hospital and acute-care environments. Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical leaders, administrators, and other key stakeholders. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical in-services. Develop relationships with key clinical advocates and industry influencers. Partner with clinical and sales leadership to support customer needs and territory growth. Qualifications 3+ years of successful medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred. Experience selling into hospitals, operating rooms, acute care, or similar clinical environments strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow existing business. Comfortable managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Self-directed and capable of managing a large geographic territory. Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements and travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. Why Consider This Opportunity?
