This role blends hands-on teamwork, meaningful interactions, and the satisfaction of knowing your work matters.Your day includes:Set the Stage — Transport and set up equipment to turn everyday spaces into professional donation centers. All staff work as a team to set up and tear down the equipment required to conduct a mobile blood drive.Connect with Donors — Welcome donors, listen to their stories, and help them feel comfortable and valuedBuild Real Skills — Perform safe, high-quality blood collections once fully trained in phlebotomy techniquesEnsure Safety & Compliance — Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure every donation meets quality standards and can be safely transfused.Pack Up with Purpose — Leave each site knowing the blood collected today could reach a patient within daysThe Schedule (Bozeman, Montana)We operate when donors are available, so you can expect a mix of:Early morningsEveningsWeekendsOccasional holidaysSome locations may require overnight travelYour schedule is shared 2–3 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan your life around your work.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for people with heart, reliability, and strong potential — whether your background is medical, service-based, or community-focused.You'll do well here if you have:A high school diploma or GEDCustomer service experience and effective verbal communication skillsA current, valid driver's license with a good driving record; reliable personal transportation may be required in certain locationsBasic computer skills required; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.Physical RequirementsThis role is physically active.
