Hydro Demolition Equipment Operators

A Talascend client with projects in Houston, TX has a need for Hydro Demolition Equipment Operators. Responsibilities Safely operate hydro demolition robots and high-pressure pump systems in accordance with company standards. Use hydro demolition hoses and attachments to effectively remove membranes and concrete at specified depths. Support cleanup operations and manage hydro demolition debris and water control. Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment, including fluid checks, hose inspections, and filter cleaning. Maintain accurate job records, including mileage, fuel usage, hours worked, and production details. Adhere to all site regulations and safety protocols. Requirements 2+ years of hands on experience operating automated hydrodemolition equipment; Aquajet/Conjet experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions. OSHA 10 training certification preferred. Valid state issued Drivers License. U.S Citizen with clean background. Able to obtain and maintain clearance and badging at a Department of Energy facility. Ability to travel for training. Physical Requirements Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned. Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Physically capable of standing and or walking continuously for long periods of time. Physically capable of climbing, balance, bending, stooping, and kneeling continuously. Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in a loud, wet and hazardous construction site environment. Background Check and Drug Screen may be required.
