Facilities & Guest Experience Coordinator

Insomniac Events is seeking a hands-on Facilities Coordinator to support the Calabasas HQ. This role ensures the office is welcoming, functional, secure, and well maintained for employees and guests. You will work as part of a collaborative front office and facilities team, sharing reception coverage and backend operations while owning specific areas to ensure consistency.
