Senior Automated Testing Engineer — Hybrid (DC)

Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an Automated Software Tester to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. This is a hybrid role located in Washington, DC, 3 days a week on site and 2 days remote. Day to Day Work Responsibilities: Develop Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Analysis Reports. Architect, design, and develop automated test scripts. Test planning, test documentation development, test execution, defects tracking, and test results reporting. Conduct different kinds of testing (manual, automated, functional, regression, performance). Escalate risks and issues related to test. Provide guidance to accomplish the goals and objectives of the test strategy for the program. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or a master’s degree and 6 years of experience or a High School diploma and 12 years of experience. Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active TS/SCI clearance. Must have application requirements, design, and testing experience. Experience with agile software delivery lifecycles, with particular emphasis on requirements analysis, design, and testing experience. Strong oral and written communications skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with UiPath Studio process or test automation development. Experience with Pega, PeopleSoft, or web application testing.
