Will they have to float/cover any other areas? No
Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties Echo's, Stress Echo's, TEE's, Vascular exams - Carotid, Venous and Arterials upper and lower
Experience or 'Must have' skills
Average # of scans/studies per day 25-30 scans per day for the lab
EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use Mckesson/CHC
Department Specific Equipment (Client, Phillips, Siemens) Phillips
Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech Lance Lichty
Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No
Radiologist in-house? Cardiologist yes
Do they have to start IV's? (if applicable to the department) No
Shifts & Scheduling 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Weekend Requirement Every 5-6th weekend of call
Holiday Requirement One holiday call
Call or Standby requirement? On-Call probably once a week.
