Job Description

Bachelors Degree in career services, education, social work or related field.
Five + years experience working in job development with diverse populations, including hard-to-serve populations.
Three + years experience managing a staff.
Successful experience work with the public in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Demonstrated superior written and oral skills.
Thorough understanding of the (New York City) area job market and economic trends preferred.
Strong organizational, leadership and communications skills.
Desire to work with a diverse population of customers with varying needs.
Proficient at using Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
