Material Handler / Forklift OperatorJoin our growing manufacturing team! We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler/Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring an organized and efficient work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and store materials.Pick, pull, and stage materials for production and shipping.Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately.Label materials using RFID tags and scan products for inventory tracking.Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.Update inventory records and related documentation.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.QualificationsPrevious forklift experience preferred.High school diploma or GED required.Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.Basic computer skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent attendance and reliability.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Frequently bend, reach, pull, and move materials throughout the shift.Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold environments.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
