TEKsystems is supporting a Benefits Coordinator position with one of our gaming clients. Candidates must work CST or ET. What youll do We are searching for an exceptional Benefits Coordinator to join our global Benefits team. In this role, you will develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of US benefits administration, provide excellent service as a point of contact across the company, troubleshoot diverse challenges, and assist with day-to-day benefit plan operations. By doing so, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of our global team. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact, responding to internal employee and partner team (including Payroll, HRCs, HRPs, Legal) inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and enrollment Coordinate and support external and internal partners Develop and send employee communications regarding any benefit changes or updates Conduct recurring and ad-hoc audits with attention to detail; investigate and solve for discrepancies Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient benefit plan administration) Coordination of broker/carrier upskilling sessions Billing and invoicing support Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resources Maintain HIPAA compliance 401(k) plan administration Internal and external system testing and review, as needed Skills & Experience Excellent interpersonal skills. Open to someone in CAD, US or UK. PST options are not being considered. Will consider someone in CST. Daily working Schedule: 40 hours/week. No OT. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
