Responsibilities Provides administrative and analytical support to the quality department Records data accurately and creates quality analysis reports and quality KPI’s Prepares both external and internal reports / KPIs Advanced Excel user with good all-round MS Office tools capability A comprehensive understanding of the components and the method of their assembly Maintains records and KPIs for all aspects of non-conforming material Managing non-conforming material recovery and the respective records and KPIs Supporting in all aspects of RMA Maintains all aspects of document registration Maintains and supports in all aspects of the ISO Intranet Assists with the preparation of ISO Documentation and document management Maintains files for the department Must be flexible in their approach to work and tasks to meet the needs of the business. Preferred but not essential Previous experience working in a quality department Inspection experience Computer hardware knowledge ISO auditing experience or knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 1400 Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including outlook, Word, excel and Power point with strong bias towards Excel Excellent attention to detail.
