Director of Engineering, Enterprise Systems

Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.About the Role:The Enterprise Systems Team sits within the Technology Operations organization and partners with finance, business, analytics, product and engineering stakeholders to help build and deliver projects to increase business efficiency and automate global teams’ business processes. This individual will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of great business-facing products, system enhancements and critical reporting to finance and business stakeholders.In this role, you will:Work closely with the business and product teams to lead cross-product improvements and initiatives.Write code to implement new tools and platforms, and maintain existing onesReview and update existing integrationsDrive architecture evaluations and decisions to build reliable and observable systemsBuild rapport with stakeholders, manage expectations and deadlines by providing guidanceMentor and manage a team to effectively align resources with priorities and oversee quality of work and ongoing operational support being delivered to the finance stakeholders.Please apply if you have:Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with an engineering/technical background.
