About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of GTM Systems & Engineering to serve as the lead architect of its Revenue Operating System. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization towards a fully automated, logic-driven GTM machine, with a focus on eliminating manual and disconnected processes. This pivotal role involves owning the technical plumbing and orchestration layer that connects marketing, sales, and success, ensuring a seamless and efficient lifecycle for every lead, account, and opportunity. Key responsibilities include designing the orchestration layer, modernizing the tech stack, advanced lifecycle orchestration, data pipeline ownership, and integrating AI-powered tools into the GTM architecture.
