GTM Manager / Head of GTM (Fully Remote)

Define and refine Miraxis’s ideal customer profile, priority segments, buyer personas, and target accounts. Build and execute a go-to-market strategy covering positioning, customer acquisition, sales channels, and partnerships. Generate qualified pipeline through targeted outbound, founder networks, partnerships, industry events, and inbound. Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Requirements: Experience in B2B go-to-market, business development, or full-cycle sales for technical products or services. Demonstrated record of personally generating pipeline and closing revenue. Experience selling to technical buyers and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. Strong discovery skills and ability to connect customer challenges to a compelling value proposition. Nice to Have: Experience selling AI, robotics, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS. Network within robotics companies, AI labs, or enterprise AI teams. Experience structuring technical pilots and converting them to paid contracts. Familiarity with pricing and packaging for data or software services. Success Metrics: Clear ICP and positioning that resonates with technical and commercial buyers. Growing qualified pipeline that produces new paying customers. Pilots with defined success criteria leading to paid adoption. Accurate forecasts reflecting deal progress and genuine buying signals.
