Head of GTM, Physical AI

Bagel Labs is a physical AI research lab building the model layer for autonomous robots. Our models learn how the world changes and how a robot should act within it. WorldDiT brings world modeling and action generation into one architecture. Paris shows how independently trained diffusion experts can work together as one model. We are bringing these lines of research together for physical AI.

Role Overview

You will lead Bagel Labs' work with robotics companies, model teams, simulation platforms, and research groups. Your job is to find teams whose problems match our research, understand what they actually need, and turn that insight into well-scoped technical work and durable commercial relationships. You will work directly with the founder and research team.

What You'll Do

• Map and prioritize robotics companies, robot builders, autonomy teams, simulation platforms, and research labs working on physical AI.
• Start and lead conversations with founders, research leaders, and engineering teams.
• Learn how each team trains, evaluates, and deploys models, then identify where Bagel Labs can help.
• Shape technical evaluations with a clear question, owner, plan, and definition of success.
• Move strong opportunities from a first conversation to a clear technical and commercial plan.
• Explain Bagel Labs' research accurately in language that matters to each partner.
• Bring field insight back to research and build a clear operating rhythm for accounts, follow-ups, and decisions.

Who You Might Be

You have built relationships in a hard technical market. You may have been a founder, an early partnerships or GTM hire, or an operator inside robotics, simulation, or machine learning. You can earn trust with technical teams, ask precise questions, and keep a complex process moving. You are comfortable creating the playbook as you go.

Desired Skills

• Direct experience building partnerships, business development, or early go-to-market programs in a technical market.
• A working understanding of robotics, world models, simulation, or machine learning systems.
• Experience turning exploratory conversations into well-defined technical work.
• Clear writing and direct communication with both technical and commercial teams.
• Strong judgment, ownership, and follow-through.
