Title Member Services Representative Reports To Club Manager Mission Planet Fitness provides a judgment‑free environment where everyone can pursue an active lifestyle. The Member Services Representative plays a key role in making each member feel welcome, supported, and motivated to achieve their fitness goals. What You’ll Be Doing Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. Assist members at the welcome desk: check‑in, greetings, farewells, and tours. Introduce new and current members to Black Card amenities. Support membership enrollment and other club responsibilities. Engage members with energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours and promote member success. Demonstrate a high‑energy, positive attitude and serve as a team leader. Adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays. Contribute to a growth‑oriented culture and competitive compensation package. What You’ll Bring to the Table Minimum age 18. Passion for helping others. Physical ability to communicate, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle hazardous chemicals. Dependability and punctuality. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical Demands Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of at least 50 lbs.
