Role Overview:

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time executive position, with a flexible schedule that acknowledges the demands of leadership and the importance of work-life balance. While your primary commitment will be from Monday to Friday, we value the dedication required to meet strategic goals and are committed to supporting a schedule that allows for peak performance and personal well-being.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement financial strategies that fuel our growth and solidify our market position, while staying true to our mission of innovation and quality.
2. Financial Stewardship: Oversee all financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting to reporting and compliance, ensuring the financial health and integrity of our operations.
3. Team Development: Lead our finance team with a focus on development and mentorship. Create an environment where knowledge is shared, feedback is valued, and success is celebrated.
4. Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual success across the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• A visionary leader with a knack for strategic financial planning and a heart for team building.
• Extensive experience in financial management, with a preference for backgrounds in technology or related innovative sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of inspiring confidence and fostering relationships within the team and with external partners.
• An MBA, CPA, or similar advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• A commitment to ethical leadership, transparency, and integrity in every financial decision.
