Job Title Accountant – Loan Servicing Administrative Coordinator Job Location Newark, DE Responsibilities Task Management: Monitor and manage the group mailbox, assigning incoming tasks and requests; assign daily client tasks to appropriate team members based on expertise and workload. Reconciliation: Reconcile daily borrower activity and workflow cases across the organization. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and escalate past‑due cases involving principal, interest, and fees to ensure items are being assigned and resolved in a timely manner. Control Reports: Monitor workflow reporting, updating applicable comments. Administrative Support: Assist with any administrative tasks associated with the terms of a Credit Agreement. Team Collaboration: Back up co‑workers and work on various special projects or other tasks as assigned. Requirements Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred, but related job and industry experience can be accepted as a substitute (3+ years). Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Must have experience reading and interpreting syndicated loan documentation or related experience supporting syndicated loans and using LoanIQ. Ability to manage concurrent assignments effectively, efficiently, and in an organized manner. Ability to work independently within a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal/client servicing skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and judgment skills. Flexible working schedule with some overtime required. Pay The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
