IAM Operations Engineer

Scope of Work• Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF).• Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges.• Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures.• Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Manage identity lifecycle using IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.• Work with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM).• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI).• Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence.• Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards.________________________________________Profile & Work Environment• Energetic, motivated individuals passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make an impact.• Ability to work across teams with flexibility to support multiple functions as needed.• Queue-based operations role requiring strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.• Performance-driven environment emphasizing collaboration and continuous improvement.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $61.00 - $61.00/hr.
