Rise Internet is looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote high-speed residential internet services. Whether you're starting your sales career or already have door-to-door experience, we provide paid training, competitive compensation, and excellent growth opportunities.

Compensation

• Paid bi-weekly as a  W2 employee

Commission is paid on the payroll cycle following completed customer installations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales of residential high-speed internet services.
• Educate homeowners on Rise Internet products and promotions.
• Generate new customer accounts.
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Accurately complete sales documentation.
• Represent the company professionally within assigned sales territories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous door-to-door, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but  not required .
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.

Training Includes

• Product knowledge

• Hands-on field coaching

Training Schedule

• Days 1–2: Classroom Training
• Days 3–4: Field Training with an experienced trainer
• Day 5: Graduation and knowledge assessment

Training Support

• Hotel accommodations provided if training is outside your local area.
• Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS standard mileage rate.
