As Global BDR Manager at Druid, you will build, lead, and scale the outbound sales development function across the Americas and EMEA, owning the pipeline generation engine that fuels Druid’s enterprise growth. You will hire and coach a high-performing BDR team, design repeatable outbound plays, and ensure a reliable handoff to the Account Executive team — directly shaping how Druid wins in the market.

What You’ll Do at Druid

• Build and lead the team. Hire, onboard, coach, and develop BDRs across the Americas and EMEA, and grow each rep’s pipeline impact.
• Coach from calls. Ensure weekly 1:1 call reviews, ICP fit, quality discovery, auditing sequence structure and messaging, and timely next steps.
• Point the team’s outbound motion towards the right target accounts. Partner with Sales and Rev Ops on the target account tiers for the Americas and EMEA. Review win and loss patterns regularly and adjust the tiers accordingly.
• Run signal-based outbound. Set up systems that make outbound lead generation repeatable, reviewing sequence performance by account tier and persona.
• Run vertical plays. Collaborate closely with Marketing to build plays for priority verticals and top use cases across regions.
• Make the BDR <> Sales handoff reliable. Run a handoff process both BDRs and AEs trust equally, backed by clear SLAs and a complete record in HubSpot.
• Ensure quality and data hygiene at scale. Set a high qualification bar that’s objective and consistent across every rep, region, and lead source, and hold the team to it.

What You’ll Bring to Druid

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales development, including 2+ years managing BDRs or SDRs.
• Experience leading teams across regions. Managing across Americas and EMEA time zones is a strong plus.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise companies, prospecting into technical buyers such as CIOs.
• Experience with structured qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC, and enforcing it with a team.
• Comfort with HubSpot (or a similar CRM), intent data, enrichment, team enablement (e.g. Gong) and sequencing tools (Outreach, Unify, etc.).
• Experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, or Insurance is a plus.
